Our story
Direct is a Kuwaiti office that specialises in completing government transactions. We work between you and the government body, taking on the papers, the forms, the visits and the follow up until the transaction is finished.
Our goal has not changed since the day we started. Nobody should have to give up a working day or hunt for someone to explain a procedure.
Today we serve individuals and companies across Kuwait, covering residency and visas, commercial licences, civil ID and ministry procedures. We have also started putting our experience into recorded courses, for people who would rather do it themselves and want to know the right route.
How we work
We listen
You tell us what you need, and we tell you the right procedure, the documents required and the cost before we start.
We prepare the papers
We check your documents, fill in the forms and make sure nothing is missing before filing, because most delays come from one missing paper.
We run the procedure
We file the application and follow it with the government body, and we deal with any query that comes back so you do not have to chase it.
We tell you and hand over
As soon as the transaction is done we call you and agree how to hand it over.
